The TORBED processor was conceived to replace a standard industrial kiln. Containing the processed material in a thoroughly mixed bed and ensuring accurate and even processing. Although it was conceived for a mineral application its virtues have also shown up strongly in the food industry, where accuracy and control over the processing of often fragile ingredients offer our clients considerable advantages over conventional belt and drum dryers and roasters.
